I understand that as part of this Program, my child will be active in an outdoor activity both on and off club property and the Club cannot monitor and safeguard against all outdoor conditions and dangers. I understand the risks of the activities involved in the Program and I, on behalf of my myself, my child, my heirs and next of kin, do hereby release and indemnify the Bradford Fish & Game Club, officers, staff, volunteers and participants (“Releasees”) from any and all loss, costs, expense or damage of any kind arising from my child’s participation in the Program, to the extent permitted by law.
